How to cancel a trip with Cancellation Protection

If you have purchased Cancellation Protection and your situation meets the conditions for cancellation protection, you should cancel your trip as follows:

 

At least 6 hours before the scheduled departure:

Send an email to TripX customer service containing:

o Your explicit request to cancel the trip

o Copy of an approved medical certificate justifying the cancellation

o The names of all travelers to be included in the cancellation.

You should then receive a response from TripX confirming the receipt and processing of your cancellation email.

NOTE! If the above information is not received by TripX within the specified time, the booking will not be canceled, and no refund will be provided.

 

Within 5 days after an approved cancellation:

Submit a damage report to TripX
